Activated complex barite powder for drilling fluid

Ⅰ.Character and Usage:

Activated complex barite for drilling fluid is activated by heavy loader materials with different acid solubility. During the production, no "waste liquid, gas and waste solid" appears. Our products are tasteless and contain no poison, which do no harm to the health, and no pollution to the environment. According to the demand of protecting the oil and gas zones in "the Ninth five-year plan" of CPC, We have developed activated complex barite as the heavy loader additive which can be used in various drilling fluid system that has low viscosity and shear effect as well as fine suspension ability and geology (fluidity), calcium contamination and high temperature (the fluidity will not change under the condition of 200'C down hole). As a result of the high acid soluble rate, the oil zones are protected effectively and the oil recovery is enhanced. Simultaneously the amount of assist -additives is dropped in a great number and the drilling cost is reduced significantly. We are holding the leading position in china and get the certificate of product quality of CNPC.
